REGISTRATION OPEN. if you have any questions about the registration below feel free to email cotopteam@gmail.com . Private lessons will be available as well and will need to be scheduled at practice with the coaches. 

 

All wrestlers must have a current general USA Wrestling membership ($20 Limited Folkstyle membership). Purchase at the link below prior to registering your wrestler, it is a required field during registration. *USAW Memberships run August-August

• Waiver must be completed prior to coming to practice and can be emailed to cotopteam@gmail.com or printed and brought with you.

• COVID Waiver and Release of Claims w COVID-19 language

• PLEASE COMPLETE PAYMENT BELOW FIRST, ONCE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, SELECT RETURN TO MERCHANT TO ENTER YOUR WRESTLER’S DETAILS ON THE FORM BELOW AND CLICK SUBMIT.
